Massachusetts Chapter

  • Julie Hall, Air Force Veteran

Julie Hall is a veteran, a patriot, and a proud mother. Just like she served our volunteer to serve our country for over 30 years. One of seven children, Julie learned the importance of hard work and personal responsibility watching both her parents work long hours.

In 1978, Julie enlisted in the Air Force. At a time when there were very few women serving in the armed forces, she rose through the ranks to become an officer. Julie’s hard work made her stand out as a top performer. During her promotion from Captain to Major she was accelerated to her Major rank, two years early; the only officer on her base to have this distinction. Julie is a decorated officer, receiving medals such as the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medals, and the Air Force Commendation Medals just to name a few. She was awarded the Pentagon Badge, the Headquarter Air Force Badge and twice held the position of Squadron Commander. Julie retired as a full Colonel.

After retiring from the Air Force, Julie served as a City Councilor in Attleboro, where she championed small businesses and stood up for the city’s veterans. She continues to be deeply involved with her community, with organizations and programs not well subsidized by federal, state, or local funds. In 2014, Julie was named Massachusetts’ Outstanding Woman Veteran of the Year for her support and advocacy for Veterans. Continuing the opportunity to champion Veteran causes, she was appointed to the Governor’s Advisory Council on Veterans Services. She was also a recipient of the Massachusetts Unsung Heroine Award for her active community involvement.

As a State Committeewoman for the Massachusetts Republican Party and Co-Chair for her Commonwealth’s Veterans for Trump, Julie continues the fight to ensure America stays true to its founding principles and that it remains the absolute best country in the world.

  • Rich McGary, Marine Corps. Veteran

Rich McGary, a proud Boston native, is a sixth-generation military serviceman with four generations in the United States Marines. He served for six years in the Marines as a Mortarman in the Infantry and holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Emergency Management, and Sociology with a focus on Human Services. Rich graduated from all his degree programs with a distinguished GPA of 4.0 and received the Highest of Honors award.

Rich recently resigned from his position as a Veteran Service Director for the Executive Office of Veteran Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts due to significant veteran neglect by municipalities. In response, he assumed the role of Adjutant at his local American Legion to better support veterans in the face of inadequate municipal assistance.

Previously, Rich worked for the Veterans Affairs Health Administration for three years. Disillusioned by the administration's shortcomings, he pursued higher education to strengthen his Ethos, Logos, and Pathos, aiming to defend freedoms against tyranny and misguided liberal agendas.

In December 2023, Rich was appointed Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Veterans for Trump 2024. Alongside Retired Colonel Julie Hall of the United States Air Force, he is committed to unifying and empowering veterans to uphold the greatness of the United States of America.
