America First Veterans (AFV) Association Consent Form

Authorization for Advocacy Representation

By submitting this form, I, the undersigned, hereby authorize the America First Veterans (AFV) Association Inc. to advocate on my behalf in support of America First policies and candidates that align with the interests of veterans, veteran spouses, veteran family members, and veteran advocates.

I understand and agree to the following terms:

  1. Scope of Advocacy

    • AFVA may engage in advocacy efforts, including but not limited to:

      • Public statements, media appearances, and press releases.

      • Written or verbal communications with government officials, policymakers, and the public.

      • Participation in campaigns supporting candidates who uphold America First principles.

      • Promotion of legislative policies benefiting veterans and their families.

  2. Use of Name and Representation

    • I consent to AFV referencing my general support in advocacy efforts.

    • AFV will not disclose my personal information (e.g., address, phone number, or email) without my explicit consent, unless required by law.

  3. No Financial Obligation

    • I understand that this authorization does not create a financial obligation for me, nor does it entitle me to financial compensation.

  4. Voluntary Participation

    • I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I may revoke this authorization at any time by giving written notice to AFV at info@americafirstvets.org

  5. No Guarantee of Outcome

    • I recognize that AFV's advocacy efforts do not guarantee any specific legislative or electoral outcomes.

  • I am a veteran, veteran spouse, veteran family member, or veteran advocate supporting America First policies.

  • I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this consent form.

  • I authorize AFV to advocate on my behalf as described above.
